We came to TR with anticipation of having a nice celebratory meal for our 48th anniversary.

Our server Anna initially greeted us and was welcoming but proved to be inattentive to us during the meal. We were excited to be celebrating our anniversary and told her that was why we were there.    After bringing our meal it was like we were a burden to her.  Somebody else brought a drink refill for my husband but neglected me. We both asked for extra butter and then only brought one Ramekin after we were both finished with our meal. The food was good, but because of the cold atmosphere, and poor service, we probably won’t be back.

We don’t usually leave negative reviews but are hoping somehow it could make a good place better.

Roadhouse could take lessons from Longhorn. There you feel welcome, warm and seen.

I’ve been to a few different Texas Roadhouse locations, and the food has been consistently good every time. The wait can get a little long sometimes, especially when it’s busy, but overall it’s a solid spot if you’re in the mood for decent steakhouse food and don’t mind being a bit patient.

I asked for my steak medium rare, but it came out more cooked than that. Not totally ruined, but definitely not what I ordered. I really wanted it medium rare, and it was just disappointing because it was clearly a little overdone...

I ordered delivery from Texas Roadhouse and I don’t know why, but it ended up showing up about 25 minutes later than the estimate. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but the fries were already cold by the time it got here, and the rolls were kind of smashed in the bag.
The steak was still cooked the way I asked and tasted good, so that definitely helped. I just wish the delivery timing had been more accurate and the food was packed a little better. Overall, 3 stars feels about right.

I really liked the vibe here. It was kind of loud, but in that fun, cozy way that makes the place feel alive. Just had a really nice time with the whole atmosphere and all that.

Overall, I had a good experience. The tables were wiped down and the floors looked decent, which made the place feel fairly clean and comfortable. The only thing I noticed was that the bathrooms could have used a quick check. Still, it was a pleasant visit overall

I ordered pickup through the Texas Roadhouse website and it was really easy. The menu loaded quickly, making changes to my order was simple, and checkout went through without any issues. I got my confirmation right away too, so overall it was a smooth experience...

The steak was cooked fine, but it was bland. The rolls were good, though, so that helped a bit. Overall it wasn’t a bad meal, I just expected a lot more flavor for the price. Kind of annoying when you go out so you don’t have to deal with extra work at home, and then the food still needs sauce or seasoning to be enjoyable.

I’ve been to Texas Roadhouse plenty of times and usually know what to expect, but this last order was a letdown. The food itself tasted fine, so that wasn’t the issue, it was the portion sizes. For what I paid, my steak and sides felt small, and I actually left still hungry. Maybe it depends on the location, but just a heads up if you’re ordering and expecting the usual filling meal. It wasn’t terrible, just definitely not what I remember

I used the call-ahead seating through texasroadhouse.com and it was simple to do. I liked that part a lot, though I was a little annoyed we still had to wait about 15 minutes once we got there. So it kind of worked and kind of didn’t, but it was still much better than just showing up and hoping for the best

I got my meal, but the sides I was looking forward to weren’t in the bag. The main part was there, sure, but it’s not really the same when half the order is missing.

This place used to feel like a decent deal, but i’m kind of over it. The prices have gotten way too high for what you actually get. My steak was small, a little overcooked, and the sides were totally forgettable. Then the bill showed up and I just sat there annoyed because it was way more than I expected. Service was fine, so no issue there, but the value just isn’t there anymore. I probably won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

The first time I went, I was happy flipping through the menu because there were plenty of solid options, steaks, ribs, chicken, sides, all the usual comfort-food stuff. I ordered without much trouble and enjoyed the meal. But after coming back a few times, I started feeling like I was choosing between the same handful of things each visit. It’s definitely not bad, and there’s enough there for most people to find something they like. I just wish they mixed it up a little more so it didn’t feel quite so predictable after a while.

The server was really helpful with my allergy and actually checked both the allergen menu and with the kitchen for me (which I really appreciated). I felt safe eating there, and thankfully had no issues afterward.

I took my two kids to Texas Roadhouse, it passed my quick “can we get through dinner without a meltdown” test. The kids menu had things they actually wanted, which is half the battle, and the rolls gave them something to focus on while we waited.

Our server was really nice and didn’t make a big deal when my youngest spilled a drink, which I always notice. The food came out hot, the portions were solid, and nobody left hungry, so in my mind that checks most of the important boxes.

I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because it was loud and crowded, and I kind of use that as my shortcut for whether a place feels relaxing or not. Still, for a family dinner where you just want decent food and an easy night out, we’d definitely go back.

My first impression when we walked in was that the host stand felt a bit disorganized. We checked in and were told it would be about 20 minutes, which was totally fine, but after that there wasn’t much communication. A few groups who came in after us ended up getting seated first, so we were kind of left wondering what was going on. The food was good as usual once we got seated, and everything worked out, but clearer updates on the wait would’ve made the experience smoother.

I had a problem with my order at Texas Roadhouse, so I reached out thinking they’d actually try to make it right like they always say. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected and the response felt generic. They offered a small fix, which was something, I guess, but it didn’t really come close to making up for the bad meal or the hassle. I usually like eating there, but this time the whole “we care about your experience” thing didn’t really match what actually happened.

I stopped by last weekend and was disappointed with the drink choices. After looking over the menu for a few minutes, nothing really stood out or felt worth ordering. I was hoping for a decent cocktail or something interesting, but the options just felt really limited

I ordered takeout and overall the packaging was good. The food stayed warm, nothing leaked in the bag, and it was easy to carry home, which I definitely appreciated. The rolls got a little squished, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I do wish there had been clearer instructions or labeling for what was what, especially with multiple items in the order. Still, I’d order again

Went in for dinner the service was what really stood out. Everyone was genuinely nice, and our server checked on us just the right amount without hovering. The food was good too, but I really appreciated how welcome they made us feel. It says a lot about a place when they treat people that well.
